Achilles Tendon Pain from Avalox

I took 6 doses of Avalox for a bronchial infection and now I cant walk I feels like someone kicking me hard in the achilles tendons averytime I try to...and my back hurts as well....also my facial skin is sagging I have more wrinkles than I did a week ago...I wish my doctor never gave me this drug...I still have bronchial issues too.
