Is there a safe antibiotic for those who don't want this to happen to them?

Clindamyacin is safer. Don’t forget that cipro can cause damage up to 8 months after taking it which is what happened to me. 70% of my Achilles has to be replaced as well as a tear in my peroneal brevis tendon.
