Cipro Causing Calcific Tendonitis

I had taken Cipro for years because of nose infections due to reconstructive surgery. I had felt muscle sensitivity at the time. Now, a few years later, I have developed calcific tendinitis on my shoulder and my body in general feels sensitive. I had always taken such excellent care of my body in every way. This kind of thing is unusual for me. I am concerned that the medication has/is causing damage.
